Outsourcing company will work with specialized software for each industry. Data automation is a vital part of data entry companies. In the next 5 years, an expected $6 trillion will be spent on IoT. So outsourcing needs to keep this also in mind when they look for data collection and analysis.
I fail to see why this is so desireable. I have been hired by two prestigious Indian based IT companies who brought in a couple of dozens of short term employees and it was quite clear that my role was beyond my personally assigned tasks.
